Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Applicants must be nationals of a CERN Member State or an Associate Member State.

• Academic Standing: Candidates must have successfully completed at least 18 months (equivalent to 3 semesters) of their academic studies at the point of selection.

• Field of Study: Applicants must be currently enrolled in an administrative or a closely related discipline. This includes, but is not limited to, Administration, Communication, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Logistics, Procurement, Translation, Advanced Secretarial Work, Business Administration, Library Science, Accounts, Information Science and Technology, Audit, Communication, Public Relations, and Physiology.

• Availability: Prospective students must be available to participate in the program for a minimum duration of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months.

• Enrollment Status: It is mandatory for applicants to maintain their full-time student enrollment status throughout the entire period of the studentship.

• Language Proficiency: A strong command of either English or French is required for effective communication within the CERN environment.

• Exclusion: Individuals who are currently pursuing a PhD or who already hold a PhD degree are explicitly not eligible for this particular program.
