• Research Experience: Candidates should either hold a Ph.D. awarded within the specified four-year timeframe or possess a minimum of four years of relevant postdoctoral research experience.

• Stage 2 (Full Proposal Submission - By Invitation Only): Candidates who successfully pass Stage 1 will be invited to submit a full proposal between November 15, 2026, and January 15, 2027.
