Eligibility Criteria

• Engagement in Regional Studies: Applicants must demonstrate active and profound engagement in the study of Russia and/or the broader Eurasian region. This includes a deep understanding of the historical, political, social, and economic dynamics of these areas.

• Extensive Experience: Candidates are required to possess substantial professional experience, whether through direct work, academic study, or comprehensive examination, pertaining to Russia and/or the broader Eurasian context. This experience should reflect a sustained commitment to the field.
